Final Deliverables

  • Sprint Report containing:

Expected Results

  • A clear decision: proceed to full design, pivot, or not pursue
  • If "proceed," you'll have a prioritized scope for Engagement
  • Reduced risk before committing to full project design

Commercial Terms

  • Fixed fee engagement
  • 50% payment to start, 50% on delivery
  • One revision cycle included

Risks & Mitigations

  • Limited evidence or unavailable SMEs can reduce fidelity
  • Scope remains intentionally narrow to protect timeline
  • Additional research may be recommended for Engagement phase

Theory of Change (ToC)

Logframe (Logical Framework)

A table that defines objectives, indicators (with baselines and targets), means of verification, and assumptions/risks. It provides a structured way to plan and monitor your program.

M&E Framework

A monitoring and evaluation plan that specifies what you'll measure, how, when, and by whom—to know whether your program is working and achieving its intended outcomes.

Fundability Check

A quick assessment of feasibility, evidence quality, and donor-fit to determine whether to proceed with full project design or pivot to a different approach.
